Ahmedabad-based realty firm Savvy Group has emerged the highest bidder for developing the largest commercial and recreational project in the special economic zone (SEC) of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City)
The project, spread over 2.8 million sq. ft. and entailing an investment over Rs 1,200 crore, will also include an innovation and startup hub. Bids were invited for the first MLP at GIFT SEZ and Savvy Group emerged as the highest bidder for the project. This is the first project designed after the announcement of wine and dine facility permission at Gift City. Gift City has developed a model for multi-level parking (MLP) projects to ensure providing ample parking space to people and also to use available floor space index (FSI)
The Group will develop an international standard building which will ensure GIFT City stands in line with any other developed financial services centres of the world. There will be office space development of around 15 lakh sq. ft. in the project. It will invest Rs 1,200 crore for the project. The construction will commence in six months and the project will be completed in 2028. Further, it will provide a workspace, retail, leisure and entertainment ecosystem
it will provide 2,000 car parking to Gift City and another 1,500 car parking will be constructed for the building so the project will have a total parking of 3,500 cars. It will be equipped with amenities that include a creche, gym, amphi-theatre, wine and dine etc. The building will have innovation and start up hub and it will have easy access to residential zone of SEZ, providing truly walk to work culture. There will be easy access to Diplomat Club as well
The Group will provide integrated social infrastructure with well planned vibrant office space. With this project, Savvy Group has now a footprint of 70 lakh sq feet at Gift City with six towers. Savvy Group’s commercial projects will have space for 40,000 employees in Gift City with this project
